Fixed the malformed URL problem affecting sharing on Twitter (MFW Site News)

I hadn't realised that visitors were having problems sharing pages using the Twitter button at the top of the page. I normally use an automatic RSS feed-reading service to post Twitter updates, and they were shortening links correctly. However, when I just tried manually sharing a page, the link was changed by Twitter. The problem stemmed from the fact that I use spaces in my URLs, as the URLs also give the pages their titles. Normally, to add a space in a hyperlink you should use a percent symbol "%" followed by "20" to indicate a space. However, when I tried sharing via Twitter, they changed the "%" symbol to its special coding, which is a "%" followed by "25". So, a link which should have contained "%20" now had "%2520". I've used a php fix to redirect pages sent to the malformed URLs, so sharing on Twitter should not be a problem from now on.
